Following is our delivery and shipping policy that applies to all products and orders originated from ehayas.com.

Overview

  • We offer two-day shipping for all UAE domestic orders.
  • Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • IMPORTANT: if your order contains several products, they may be delivered separately.
  • In addition to the UAE, we currently ship to GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). If you’re located outside the GCC then the best place to order our products is from Amazon.ae where there are more delivery options.

Local Delivery

We have a number of warehouses in different countries (currently including the UAE and Bahrain) where our products are stored. If an order is originated from any of these two countries, your order will be considered for local delivery as a first option depending on stock availability. If, for any reason such as stock shortage or unavailability, your order will be processed from the nearest location to your country and you’ll be contacted to confirm your order.

International Delivery Charges

Delivery to GCC countries other than the UAE may incur charges such as destination country VAT, customs duty and clearance. These charges are imposed on imports by authorities in the country of destination and neither ehayas nor our shipping partners have control over.

Remote Areas Delivery

We’ll try our best to make your delivery as soon as we receive your order. However, it’s not always possible to make this happen because of some locations being outside city limits.

Some areas are scheduled for deliveries once a week. Therefore, once you place an order on ehayas.com, it can take between 10 – 15 working days to deliver depending on the next available delivery slot.

Out-of-delivery Areas

While we strive to make every effort to serve our customers in the way they expect, it’s not entirely up to us to always deliver to some locations. This is because our shipping and delivery partners do not have schedules for such areas.

If we receive an order from any out-of-delivery area, we’ll contact you and process a full refund.
